First of all I want to thank the Spanish speaking community for all their support. I see my name “penguinbait” on all kinds of Spanish text websites and often try to translate the pages to see whats being said about me I do not speak Spanish nor read Spanish so I am getting a little help. I am working with Elia (eliagp) from ITT to translate all my posts into Spanish. I often see my posts translated into Spanish on the internet, now you can just read them in Spanish right here. We have converted two posts so far, please let me know what you think, any issues? We will be converting all the Tablet related posts through the next month. If there are any posts you want to see converted first, leave me a comment below and let me know. We are converting them in random order. Notice** if you post any comments in Spanish, I will need to have someone translate them so I know what it says before its approved. I only tell you this because it could slightly delay the comment from being posted. I encourage you, if you are able, to post comments in both Spanish and English.

Hello Everyone!

My name is Elia and I’m doing the translations around here. First , thanks to penguinbait for the chance of doing this. I’ve been a part of this communitty since July, when I got my N800, and ever since I’ve been an active visitor. While I try to help in the occasional thread, I am a really basic user, so there’s only as much as I can do. Now I can do a little bit more by getting the contents to the spanish users. I really think that while English is the most important language for getting information and communicating on the internet, it shouldn’t keep anyone out.

All said, I am not a linux user, so probably some of the more technical words may be really odd. If you find anything you would like to correct, post a comment and I’ll see to it. If you want to translate anything you own about tablets, be a program or a set of instructions, contact me in ITT (nickname eliagp) and I will try to take some time to get it done.

A bit about myself, so you can get to know me, I am a 21 year old Engineer student from Chile. I love animals, specially dogs, reading and computers. I play table tennis and maemo mahjong ^^.

I hope this is just the start of something, I hope more people get interested and we can make the tablet communitty even better.
